The beginning<\/span><\/h2>\n

The beginning of my adventure began after an exhausting trip by car from the United States, with no money and overwhelmed by the wear and tear of being a Veterinarian, I had a revealing dream: I was on the beach, it was night and I was watching the sea, to my astonishment it was chocolate, at that moment, a storm began to fall and the rain was also chocolate.
\nWhen I woke up, I knew for sure that this would be my destiny, cocoa! My ignorance of how to make chocolates was as great as my desire to learn.
\nI bought my first pure cocoa balls in the Bribri area, Talamanca and after a while my first machine to process it. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Hands to Cocoa<\/span><\/h2>\n

During 3 months I made tests, I improved in the technique but without knowing if they were good or not.
\nOne rainy afternoon, a friend who did not know what he was doing, came to visit, and found a plate full of chocolates in the living room, I was in the kitchen, and he began to eat them, I asked him, <\/span>How are you?<\/span>and he said <\/span>very nice!<\/span>, <\/span>where did you buy them! <\/span> That day, like others, was marked in my memory as the day I knew I was at least making tasty chocolates, we ate them all!
\n(about 20!!!). <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Don Victor<\/h2>\n

I met Don Victor four months after he started selling chocolates at the Playas del Coco Fair.
\nDon Victor, is a great farmer, with an innate imagination to invent methods and tools of great utility.
\nA lover of the field, family and cocoa, but at the time, he was not the best to sell his products, including the holy grail of the company, cocoa bars sweetened with the delicious mucilage of the fruit!
\nThe Sunday I met him, I bought all his chocolates and derivatives, we made our first deal within 30 minutes of meeting.
\nThe next day, I was able to sell them all.
\nFive years later, we are still working together. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
